Our Family Support System
Ways our family members can support one another:
- Tell someone in your family how you are feeling.
- Listen when others are telling you how they are feeling.
- Give time and space to ease strong emotions. This may include
time-out.
- Show your love and support by displaying affection for one another.
"A hug a day helps keep the blues away."
- Recognise each others' efforts and accomplishments by saying,
"Well done" or "Good try" or "I'm proud
of you because

- Have agreed routines, rewards and punishments.
- Spend time together as a family and enjoy each other's company.
- If you are unable to cope, seek advice, help, and support from
